Project Overview

horyzn.io was engaged by a multinational, family-owned company to lead a digital transformation initiative aimed at driving innovation and growth across the organization. Acting as the digital transformation office at the C-level, our team worked closely with the client to identify digital opportunities across all business units.

Our primary role was to prioritize and align digital initiatives to support the client's strategic goals and vision. To accomplish this, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the client's current digital capabilities, infrastructure, and processes. We then developed a roadmap for digital transformation that mapped out the key initiatives required to achieve the client's objectives.

Working collaboratively with the client's management team, we identified the most promising areas for digital transformation and established a framework for prioritizing initiatives based on their potential impact and alignment with strategic objectives. We also helped to facilitate the alignment of digital initiatives across different business units to ensure a coordinated approach and avoid duplication of effort.

Throughout the project, our team provided ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful implementation of the digital transformation initiatives. This included providing training and coaching to key stakeholders and project teams, as well as monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with the client's evolving needs.

Key Results

🧭 Efficient Digital Program Management System

We developed a fully digital program management system that is centrally managed and streamlines collaboration between the IT department and various business units. The system includes a transparent tool for idea submission and evaluation, allowing for the efficient management of innovative projects.

🎯  Strategic Goals Roadmap

We identified strategic goals for different business units and worked closely with top management to develop a shared roadmap for achieving those goals. The roadmap includes necessary measures to operationalize these goals and ensure alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.
