Project Overview:

Our team provided end-to-end support for the development of an Enterprise Pricing Platform in the After-Sales sector of an automotive manufacturer. This included analyzing and documenting the complete business process for the pricing of all parts, both on headquarter level and within each of the global markets. We acted as a proxy product owner, supporting and steering the involved scrum teams who developed the software.

Through our collaboration with the client's team, we created and managed the product backlog, and drove the solution design of the platform. Our efforts also included the integration of AI-powered pricing capabilities into the platform, ensuring that the system was equipped to deliver accurate and dynamic pricing based on a variety of factors.

Our work on requirements analysis and Requirements Engineering was a critical component of the project. We helped the client define and document the project's requirements, providing valuable insights and recommendations for the development of an effective pricing system that met the needs of their business and stakeholder.

📝 Process Documentation

Comprehensive analysis and documentation of the entire pricing process, covering both the headquarters and each of the global markets, through workshops with business owners and stakeholders.

☑️ Product Backlog

Creation and management of the product backlog, which included formulating business requirements in the form of epics and user stories, refining them with stakeholders, and prioritizing them according to business value.

💻 Solution Design

Driving the solution design process by developing concepts for the implementation of user stories, working closely with the involved Scrum teams, and ensuring that the technical implementation met the business requirements.

💬 Stakeholder Management

Acting as the proxy product owner, we supported and steered the involved Scrum teams, while also managing communication and relationships with international stakeholders, ensuring their needs were being met throughout the project.
