Project Overview:

The project involved collaborating with an automotive manufacturer to provide quality assurance and testing services for their online shop, which enabled customers to purchase functions-on-demand and other digital services. Our approach began with thorough test planning, which involved establishing test objectives and defining the test scope with all the involved systems. We ensured that all critical areas of the software were tested, covering all aspects of the system to deliver a high-quality product that met the client's requirements and was reliable in operation.

During the testing phase, we conducted daily status calls with all stakeholders to facilitate comprehensive testing of critical areas of the system. These calls also served as a forum for communicating the testing progress of individual systems and addressing any issues that arose. We discussed identified errors and evaluated possible scenarios for finding solutions. By conducting these calls, we ensured that all relevant parties were informed of the testing progress, and any issues were addressed promptly, resulting in a smooth testing process and the timely resolution of any problems that arose.

Stakeholder coordination was critical to the project's success. We successfully integrated all relevant parties into the testing project, including developers, testers, and business analysts, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the system. We planned and ensured technical availability as well as capacity availability to guarantee that all necessary resources were in place for the testing project.
